CONSEGNATE LE PRIME MEDAGLIE ACCADEMICHE AI MEMBRI DELL’ACCADEMIA LAZZARITA SAN LUIGI IX RE DI FRANCIA

Nel corso della consueta messa capitolare mensile presso la Chiesa del Sacro Cuore in Monreale, sono state consegnate le prime medaglie accademiche ai membri dell’Accademia Lazzarita San Luigi IX Re di Francia.

La medaglia di appartenenza all’Accademia reca sul fronte l’effige di San Luigi e sul retro lo stemma araldico dell’accademia. Ad essa hanno diritto tutti gli accademici a qualunque categoria essi appartengano e, per disposizione del Gran Balì di Sicilia, deve essere indossata dai membri dell’Ordine, che ne facciano parte, nel corso delle cerimonie pubbliche del Gran Baliato.

FIRST ACADEMIC MEDALS AWARDED TO MEMBERS OF THE LAZZARITA ACADEMY SAINT LOUIS IX, KING OF FRANCE

During the usual monthly chapter mass at the Church of the Sacred Heart in Monreale, the first academic medals were awarded to members of the Lazzarita Academy of St. Louis IX, King of France.

The medal of membership of the Academy bears the effigy of St Louis on the front and the heraldic coat of arms of the Academy on the back. All academics, regardless of their category, are entitled to it and, by order of the Grand Bailiff of Sicily, it must be worn by members of the Order during public ceremonies of the Grand Bailiwick.
